Christina Vuleta is a strategic marketing expert who thrives at the intersection of what consumers care about, what a brand stands for and where the world is going. With a unique background that includes customer insight, trends and brand strategy, she is an expert at applying strategy to a wide range of business challenges to help companies build sustainable brand relationships. Currently, Christina runs Break The Future, a consultancy focused positioning companies for growth through brand/product strategy and activation. She is an advisor to fine jewelry e-commerce platform, MEMO, and, a full-stack podcast production platform and is a mentor for Backstage Capital and serves on the Steering Committee for Smart Cities Expo Atlanta. 


She recently served as Marketing Director for Worth Media where she helped program the Cities Summit: Journeys to Urban Excellence and the Women & Worth Summit and oversaw client services and branded content. Previously she was the VP, Women’s Digital Network at Forbes Media, where she relaunched the women's channel as a business-first platform for entrepreneurial women. She oversaw all editorial and strategic direction for the channel and achieved strong growth while building a thriving community through events, partnerships and annual summits such as “Closing the Investing Gap” and “Closing the Tech Gap”. 


Prior to Forbes, she ran her own consultancy for five years after honing her skills at several global and innovative firms including Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Faith Popcorn’s Brain Reserve, KBP+S, Fahrenheit 212, The Futures Company and The Global Citizen. 


In 2010, Christina was inspired to apply her expertise to building a resource for cross-generational knowledge exchange. Her 40:20 Vision community and list of 40 Women To Watch Over 40 feature leaders from media, technology, business and arts who are disrupting, innovating and brining other women along with them. Through her mentoring and venturing salons, she has honed her knowledge exchange format to accelerate learning and innovation for both career advancement and business application. She has also taught at General Assembly and spoken at SXSW Interactive and Social Media Week.  You can find her writing at Women 2.0, Medium, The Huffington Post and The Daily Muse.
